My Heart Can understand |
I do not wish to gather fame or fortune, I am content with what each morning brings. My place in life is small and not noteworthy, I'm happiest among the quiet things. The garden swing at twilight is my blessing, The smell of roses and the song of birds, The pines against the evening sky are patterned, In colors far too beautiful for words My house is warm with friends and filled with music, A favorite book is always close at hand, A cup of tea, an open fire..day-dreaming.. This page is all about me!!! *LOL* I live in the natural state of Arkansas. I moved here from the Kansas City area in 1992, & I've never looked back. How old am I? Well...as I often say "OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER, BUT FOOL ENOUGH TO TRY!" My interest are: My family,computer,genealogy (my research has been on permanent ignore since I got my computer),music, songwriting, poetry, landscaping, flower and herb gardening. I love reading, ummmm...Did I mention computer...<grin> I grew up in a small farm community,outside of Salem, Mo. I have three children, four grand children,....GASP....when did that happen..two grand nieces & one grand nephew who refer to me as "Aunt Granny" (love that!)..two dogs, one talking BlueJay, yes he talks, he's a recue, more about that later...and one very sweet hubby,who allows me unlimited time on computer. So there you have it, now on to better things!!! |
