A Letter To Daddy
As a young girl,I thought you was the
strongest Daddy alive. You stood straight and tall like that oak tree in the
yard.And I was sure you could move any mountain...but I wonder..did you
know how much I loved you?

I remember people telling me"you
have your daddy's eyes"and I would
run to the mirror to see, because if they
were your eyes, they had to be special ...but I wonder...did you know how
much I loved you?

And now years beyond that little girl,
years of hard work and life in general,
have taken their toll on both of us.Your stance is not quite as tall as that oak
tree, and those eyes have faded ,like the years before us...still I wonder...
Do you know how much I love you?
